Team Vitality has withdrawn from BLAST Pro Series: Moscow 2019 due to roster issues. For this reason AVANGAR and forZe, who initially were set to participate in the Play-In Stage, will instead both play in the main event.
Team Vitality was initially invited to the main event by the organizers. However, last week the team parted ways with one of its in-game leaders Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt. Currently the team still lacks one player and won’t be able to participate in the BLAST event. forZe and AVANGAR, who placed first and second in the closed qualifier, will now take part in the main event.
BLAST Pro Series: Moscow 2019 will take place on September 13-14th at VTB Arena in Moscow, Russia. The prize pool of the event is set at $250,000. First, six participants – MIBR, Na`Vi, NiP, ENCE, forZe and AVANGAR – will play in a single round-robin group with best-of-one. Then, top two teams of the group will play in grand finals which will be best-of-three. Besides that, the event will feature a showmatch with 1v1 aim duels and a separate $20,000 prize pool.
