Tomorrow, on July 24th, begins CIS Minor Championship – Berlin 2019, where eight CIS teams will compete for two slots at StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and their share of a $50,000 prize pool.
The competition will start with a group stage. There will be two GSL groups with best-of-one opening matches and best-of-three regular matches. The teams have been seeded into the groups as follows:

Top two teams from each group will advance to the double-elimination playoffs bracket without grand finals, where all matches will be best-of-three. The playoffs stage is scheduled for July 26-27th. Top two teams will secure their spots at StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, while the team placed third will participate in the Minors’ 3rd Place Play-In where the bronze medalists from all regions will compete for the last ticket to Berlin.
According to GG.Bet’s odds, the highest changes to qualify for the event have forZe, who recently emerged victorious at Copenhagen Games 2019 and GG.Bet Chicago Invitational, as well as Team Spirit, the runner-up of ESEA Season 31: Global Challenge.
Earlier Mousesports with CR4ZY from Europe and NRG Esports with FURIA Esports from America qualified to the major.
