The North American organization Chaos Esports Club decided to release their Dota 2 roster due to the suspension of Dota Pro Circuit 2019/20. The players will continue to play together according to the team’s manager Jack "KBBQ" Chen.
Chaos E.C acquired the roster last November by signing the mix Quincy Crew. During the team’s lifetime they managed to place second at DOTA Summit 11 and attended the major event DreamLeague Season 13, where they placed 13-16th. Recently they also finished 2nd in the North American qualifier for ESL One Los Angeles 2020, securing their place at the major, however the event was cancelled and eventually moved to online. Currently one of the participants of the North American region remains unknown.
Earlier a number of Dota Pro Circuit events were cancelled, including the major tournaments ESL One Los Angeles 2020 and EPICENTER 2020, as well as the minor event OGA Dota PIT 2020.
Currently Chaos E.C. has active rosters in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Rainbow Six: Siege and Rocket League.
