The Peruvian Dota 2 team Infamous has signed two European players, Malthe "Biver" Winther and Oliver "oliver" Lepko. They will take place of Mason "mason" Venne and Romel "Wu" Quinteros, who left the team last week.
Both Oliver and Biver used to play for Team Spirit, together they managed to win several online events, including Cryptomasters, Autumn Cup, and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Summit!, however the team failed to qualify for a single LAN-event. In January Team Spirit decided to disband their Dota 2 roster after the departure of Artsiom "fng" Barshack, who was transferred to Gambit Esports.
This season Infamous changed their Dota 2 roster multiple times. They managed to participate in two DPC events, including DreamLeague Season 10 and DreamLeague Season 11. The team placed 4th at the minor and 9-12th at the major, accumulating 220 DPC Points. Currently the team is already on bootcamp, preparing for the qualifiers for MDL Disneyland® Paris Major.
