32-years-old Korean player Park "March" Tae-won is no longer part of TNC Predator, the Filipino organization announced through Twitter. The explanation behind the change is that “the team decided to go towards a different path to achieve the goals”.
March, who joined the team last September, has been combining the offlaner and captain roles. TNC Predator has spent the entire season with the same five players – the first part of the season was extremely successful for the team, who managed to win both ESL One Hamburg 2019 and MDL Chengdu Major, as well as placed 7-8th at DreamLeague Season 13. In the second half of the season, the team’s results got much worse – this month, however, they finished first at ESL One Thailand 2020: Asia.
On his personal Twitter account, March thanked the team and said that it was the best year in his career. Besides that, he is already looking for a new team.
Interestingly enough, soon after the announcement Carlo "Kuku" Palad wrote on Twitter that he is looking for a team – the player has experience in in-game leading and was part of TNC from 2016 to 2019. Kuku has been inactive since the disbandment of Geek Fam, which happened earlier this month.
