The group stage of ESL One Birmingham 2020: Europe & CIS has concluded, determining eight teams that will continue to compete in the playoffs, which is scheduled to start on June 2nd.
The group stage featured two round-robin groups with best-of-three series. Team Secret, VP.Prodigy, Team Nigma and Alliance placed top two in their groups, thus advancing to the upper bracket. Meanwhile, the teams placed 3rd-4th – Vikin.gg, HellRaisers, Team Liquid and FlyToMoon – will compete in the lower bracket.

The double-elimination playoffs stage will be played between June 2nd – June 7th, with all regular matches being best-of-three and the grand finals being best-of-five. Tomorrow, on June 2nd, Vikin.gg will face FlyToMoon (3:00 PM UK Time), while HellRaisers will compete with Team Liquid (6:00 PM). The first upper bracket matches will be played on June 3rd – Team Secret vs Alliance (3:00 PM), VP.Prodigy vs Team Nigma (6:00 PM).
The European division of ESL One Birmingham 2020 – Online features a $200,000 prize pool. The competition is also played in the Americas, China, and Southeast Asia.
