KeSPA Cup 2019: SANDBOX Eliminate T1 to Qualify for Grand Finals

An offline League of Legends tournament KeSPA CUP 2019 is nearing its conclusion, as we already know one participant of the grand finals – SANDBOX Gaming. They will compete with the winner of the series between Afreeca Freecs and DragonX.

The second and final round of KeSPA Cup 2019 is featuring eight teams competing in a single-elimination bracket with best-of-three regular matches and best-of-five grand finals. SANDBOX Gaming were invited directly to the second stage – there they outplayed Griffin (2-0) in the quarterfinals and T1 (2-1) in the semifinals.

Tomorrow, on January 4th, we will be able to witness Afreeca Freecs competing with DragonX for the ticket to the finals. The match will begin on 06:00 AM UK Time. The grand finals is scheduled for 06:00 AM, January 5th, the winner of which will get about $35,600 in prize money.
