The LCS Summer Finals in Europe will take place in Krakow at the Tauron Arena from August 27 to 28. The Arena can fit in more than 15,000 spectators and regularly host a variety of sports competitions like hockey, volleyball, and handball. Now, it'll be packed for eSports.

Poland has a long history of hosting eSports and is the home of IEM global final in Katowice. The nation also produced some of the greatest players in Counter-Strike history, known as the famous Golden Five, who currently play for Virtus.Pro.

Some of Europe’s top League of Legends professional players are also from Poland. There are currently two Polish players starting in the EU LCS, Oskar “VandeR” Bogdan and Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski. Their team, H2k Gaming, is one of the favorites to reach the LCS Summer Finals.

In Krakow, one of Europe’s contestants into the League of Legends World Championship 2016 will earn their spot at that event by clinching the LCS title. H2k Gaming may the hometown heroes, but the league-leading 5-1-2 Fnatic and the defending champions G2 Esports at 4-0-4 will be in their way.
