North Welcomes cadiaN and gade

A Danish esports organization North has signed two new players – Casper "cadiaN" Møller and Nicklas "gade" Gade. They will replace Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen and Nikolaj "niko" Kristensen.

cadiaN will be the new captain of the team. He is a 23-years-old Danish player, his most recent team is Rogue – he has been playing for the North American team since early 2016, with him the team won ESEA Season 23: Global Challenge and placed 2nd at DreamHack Open Austin 2018. The team finished second at Americas Minor Championship – London 2018, qualifying for the FACEIT Major, where they placed 20-22nd as they managed to win only one series against Space Soldiers, but lost to Astralis, Team Spirit and North.

gade has been on loan to OpTic Gaming since February 2018. With them he played 2nd at DreamHack Open Summer 2018 and Europe Minor Championship – London 2018, as well as placed 17-19th at the FACEIT Major. Earlier he was part of North Academy.

MSL joined North in January 2017 as an in-game leader. Under his lead the team won DreamHack Open Montreal 2017, DreamHack Open Tours 2018, DreamHack Open Valencia 2018 and DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018. niko joined North on loan from Heroic last month. Despite emerging victorious at the DreamHack event in Stockholm and defeating Astralis in the grand finals, the team failed to make it through the New Challengers Stage at FACEIT Major: London 2018 and placed 17th-19th.
