BunnyHoppor Becomes the Winner of HCT Summer Championship 2018

The German player Raphael "BunnyHoppor" Peltzer from SK Gaming defeated Kacper "A83650" Kwieciński in the final series of HCT Summer Championship 2018, receiving $60,000 in prize money and qualifying for World Championships.

HCT Summer Championship is a global HearthStone event with $250,000 at stake that took place on June 28th – July 1st at Blizzard Arena in Los Angeles, United States. Its line-up consisted of 16 players, with four players qualifying from each Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific and China. First they were seeded into four GSL groups, then top two players from each group advanced to the next stage. The playoffs were held in a single-elimination format with best-of-five series. The players competed not only for $250,000 of prize money, but also for HCT Points, with four best teams of the event qualifying directly to the world championship.
