Cloud9 Finalize their CS:GO Roster with Cajunb

The North American organization Cloud9 has finalized its CS:GO roster by acquiring René "cajunb" Borg, a 29-years-old player from Denmark. The updated roster will participate in BLAST Pro Series: Miami 2019, which will take place on the next weekend.

Cajunb has been playing Counter-Strike professionally since 2009. His most recent team was OpTic Gaming, which he joined in early 2018 and left last week. With OpTic Gaming he attended FACEIT Major: London 2018, where the team placed 17-19th.

Cloud9’s CS:GO roster has undergone multiple changes this year: in March the team parted ways with Robin "flusha" Rönnquist, Jordan "Zellsis" Montemurro and Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey, while Maikil "Golden" Kunda Selim returned to the main roster after a 2-months break and Daniel "vice" Kim joined the team for a trial period. Besides that, Ronald "Rambo" Kim started to coach the team, while Soham "valens" Chowdhury transferred to the Head of Data Science position. As currently the roster includes only two players that participated in IEM XIII – Katowice Major 2019, the team will not be invited to the next major.
