Evil Geniuses: SumaiL and S4 Replaced by RAMZES666 and Abed
Evil Geniuses have announced drastic changes in their Dota 2 roster. The team parted ways with Syed Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan and Gustav "s4" Magnusson, they will be replaced by Abed "Abed" Azel L. Yusop and Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev.
SumaiL was one of the longstanding players of the roster – he joined Evil Geniuses in 2015 being 15-years-old, it was his first professional team. That year was especially successful for the North American organization, as their roster managed to win both Dota 2 Asia Championship 2015 and The International 2015. S4 has been playing for EG since 2018, with them he placed 3rd at The International 2018 and 5-6th at The International 2019.
Abed is a 19-years-old player from Philippines, whose most recent team was Fnatic – with them he participated in two last TIs, placing 13-16th at both of them. RAMZES666 is a 20-years-old Russian player, who for the last three years has been playing for Virtus.pro, with them he placed 5-6th at both TI7 and TI8, as well as secured the 9-12 place at the last TI. Previously a hard-carry player, the Russian will transition to the offlane position.
