League of Legends 2019 World Championship: Group Draw Results

RIOT Games have released the draw results for both the first round of the Play-In Stage, which will begin already next weekend, and the Group Stage, scheduled for the week after.

2019 World Championship will feature three stages: Play-In, Group Stage and Knockout Stage.

The Play-In stage will be held at LEC Studio in Berlin, Germany. In the first round (October 2nd – 5th) nine teams will compete in four groups with double round robin format and best-of-one series. Top two teams from each group will advance to the second round. The participants have been seeded into groups as follows:

Play-In Groups:

The second round of Play-In stage (October 7-8th) will feature eight teams from the first round competing in best-of-five series, with the winners of each series qualifying to the Group Stage.

The Group Stage will be played on October 12-15th at Verti Music Hall in Berlin and feature sixteen teams competing in four groups with double round robin format and best-of-one series. Top two teams from each group will advance to the final stage. The results of the Group Stage draw looks as follows:

The final Knockout Stage will be held on October 25-27th, November 2nd-3rd in Palacio Vistalegre, Madrid, Spain, and November 10th in Accorhotels Arena in Paris, France. It will feature eight teams competing in a single-elimination bracket with best-of-five series.
