Ninjas in Pyjamas Present their Updated Dota 2 Roster
The Swedish organization Ninjas in Pyjamas has announced their updated roster for the upcoming tournaments. The team parted ways with Malthe "Biver" Winther, while two new members are Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin and Rodrigo "Lelis" Santos.
Daxak is a 22-years-old carry player from Russia, who is mainly known for his time in Gambit Esports between 2017-2019. Last season the team attended multiple LAN-events, their most notable results are second places at The Bucharest Minor, ESL One Katowice 2019 and StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 1. However, the team failed to qualify for TI9. In this season Daxak played for Winstrike Team without any notable results, being benched in December.
23-years-old Brazilian offlaner Lelis most recently played for paiN Gaming, with them he placed 9-12th at MDL Disneyland Paris Major and 2nd at DOTA Summit 10. This month he also stood in for beastcoast at DreamLeague Season 13 and helped them to place 7-8th. As a result of signing Lelis, Saahil "Universe" Arora will move to the fourth position.
Earlier Ninjas in Pyjamas parted ways with Nico "Gunnar" Lopez and announced that they are going to compete in the European region.
