Despite playing with a stand-in, Virtus.pro successfully placed first at Adrenaline Cyber League 2019 after defeating Team Spirit (3:0) in the finals and secured $65,000 in prize money. The runner-up received $25,000.
Adrenaline Cyber League 2019 was held in Moscow on May 25th – 26th and featured four teams competing in a single-elimination bracket with best-of-three semifinals and best-of-five grand finals. Besides Virtus.pro, who played with Rostislav "fn" Lozovoi instead of Pavel "9pasha" Khvastunov, Evil Geniuses also performed with a stand-in – Kanishka "BuLba" Sosale temporarily replaced Tal "Fly" Aizik.
