Cloud9: Zellsis Joins on Trial, Golden Goes Inactive

The American CS:GO player Jordan "Zellsis" Montemurro has joined Cloud9 on a trial period to replace Maikil "Golden" Kunda Selim who goes inactive due to health problems.

Zellsis is a 20-years-old player who had spent the last year playing for the North American team Swole Patrol, with them he placed first at Fragadelphia 12 and attended EPICENTER 2018, where the team finished at the 7-8th place.

Golden joined Cloud9 this August to become the new in-game leader. Under his lead the team placed 7-8th at ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 and 12-14th at FACEIT Major: London 2018. The player decided to go inactive due to health problems. In case he will not return to the main roster, the team will lose their spot at the upcoming IEM Katowice Major 2019 as currently the main roster includes only two players that participated in the previous major.
