Team Spirit win IEM Cologne 2025

On the evening of August 3, Team Spirit claimed the IEM Cologne 2025 title, confidently defeating MOUZ 3-0 in the grand final. This victory holds special significance for Spirit — they now boast all three of Counter-Strike’s most prestigious trophies: IEM Katowice, a Major, and IEM Cologne.

The final was fully controlled by Spirit. They easily beat MOUZ on Mirage and Nuke — maps chosen by their opponents — and pulled off an impressive comeback on Ancient, recovering from a 5:11 deficit by winning eight straight rounds on the CT side.

The standout player of the final was once again donk, who was awarded the MVP title of IEM Cologne following the tournament.

For winning the event, the team earned $400,000. Spirit's next tournament will be the BLAST Bounty Fall 2025: Closed Qualifier, which kicks off on August 5.
