OG benches nicoodoz and Chr1zN amid roster rebuild

OG has announced that nicoodoz and Chr1zN have been moved to the bench. According to the organization, the decision was difficult and came as a consequence of the team failing to qualify for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

nicoodoz had been part of the lineup for about six months, helping the team reach the BLAST.tv Austin Major. Chr1zN spent over a year with OG, serving as the in-game leader and staying with the team despite numerous roster changes. During his tenure, OG won CCT Season 3 Europe Series 4 and secured its first LAN trophy in six years — DraculaN Season 2.

Despite solid performances — with nicoodoz being the team’s highest-rated player and Chr1zN considered a promising IGL — OG’s management decided it was time to rebuild. Both players stated they understand the need for changes and are open to exploring future career opportunities.

Following the moves, OG’s active lineup now consists of spooke, adamb, and arrozdoce, with Lambert remaining as head coach. Buzz, Chr1zN, and nicoodoz are currently on the bench. The organization emphasized its intention to continue investing in the scene and to build a stronger roster for the future.
