Fnatic, Mousesports and Cloud9 among Invited to BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 Showdown

The organizers of BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 have revealed eight teams that accepted direct invites to their event. Fnatic, Mousesports and MAD Lions were invited to the European division, while Cloud9, Chaos E.C., FURIA Esports, Gen.G Esports and Triumph Gaming will compete in the North American division.

The European division will feature 10 teams competing for a $182,500 prize pool. Earlier Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Vitality and Astralis advanced to the event from the regular season, while ENCE and Dignitas secured their places at the event by placing high at Elisa Invitaitonal.

In the North American region eight teams will compete for a $142,500 prize pool. Besides the invited teams, the line-up includes Evil Geniuses, MIBR and 100 Thieves from the regular season.

The competition in both regions is scheduled for June 1st – 6th. Top three teams from each division will advance to the regional finals.
