Gambit Put Supra on a Transfer List
Gambit Esports have announced that Anton "supra" Tšernobai, who has been part of their academy team Gambit Youngsters for the last year and a half, has been put on a transfer list. Supra was the only member of the team living outside of the CIS region, thus unable to attend the team’s bootcamp in Russia.
19-years-old Estonian player joined Gambit Youngsters last April, which became his first professional team. During his tenure with the team he accumulated approximately $50,000 in prize money – only this summer the team managed to win five tournaments, among which are two Nine to Five events, two Eden Arena: Malta Vibes events, and CTRL Play League.
In late July the team’s roster extended to six players after the addition of Abay "Hobbit" Khassenov, who also became the team’s captain. Since then the team has been playing mostly without surpa.
According to the official statement, the team will stick with the current five players at least for the next month. In two weeks the team will participate in IEM XV New York CIS, the final RMR event of the season – currently they are placed 5th in the regional rating, still having chances to qualify for the major.
