North and Heroic Swapped Players

It has been announced that two Danish teams North and Heroic agreed to swap players. Nikolaj "niko" Kristensen will stand in for North in the coming months, while Daniel "mertz" Mertz has been transferred to Heroic on a loan deal until October.

Mertz is a 19-years-old player from Denmark, who has been playing for the North’s main roster since January 2018. With them he won one major event – DreamHack Open Tours 2018, as well as placed 3rd – 4th at StarSeries Season 5 and DreamHack Open Summer 2018.

Niko is a 20-years-old Danish player, who joined Heroic in October 2016. With him the team won International Gaming League 2016 and World Cyber Arena 2017 – Europe Main Stage, recently the team placed 3rd – 4th at DreamHack Open Valencia and DreamHack Open Austin.
