Virtus.pro Signs Snatchie, Morelz Got Benched
Yesterday Virtus.pro announced yet another change in their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster – the organization decided to sign a 20-years old player Michał "snatchie" Rudzki, who will replace Piotr "morelz" Taterka. Earlier snatchie used to play for another Polish team AGO Esports.
Although snatchie is only 20 years old, he started to play CS:GO competitively in 2012 – during this time he has been part of various Polish rosters, the most recent of them is AGO Esports, which he joined in July 2017. Together they managed to win Play2Live Cryptomasters, place 5-8th at both WESG 2017 and StarSeries i-League CS:GO Season 5. The team also participated in closed qualifiers for Europe Minor Championship – London 2018, but failed to make it through the group stage. ZOTAC Cup Masters 2018 is the first tournament, which Virtus.pro will attend with the new player.
Piotr "morelz" Taterka joined the team in July 2018 to replace Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelsk, who was transferred to mousesports. With Virtus.pro he attended DreamHack Valencia, where the team placed last with a score of 0-2. The team is currently performing at IEM Season XIII Shanghai, where they qualified from the group stage and will face TyLoo in the semifinals. After the tournament the player will be benched, but will remain in the organization.
