Gambit Esports Put Seized on Transfer List and Replace Him with Mir

Gambit Esports announced changes in its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster. Denis "seized" Kostin has been benched and put on the transfer list, to replace him the organization leased Nikolay "mir" Bityukov from Vega Squadron.

seized, mainly known for his days in Natus Vincere (2013-2017), joined Gambit Esports in February 2018 on a trial basis, later temporarily becoming an in-game leader of the team. Together they placed 3rd-4th at DreamHack Masters Marseille 2018 and DreamHack Open Tours.

mir is a 22-years-old player from Russia, his professional career started in 2015. For the last few years (2016-2018) he has been playing for Vega Squadron, with them he won CIS Minor Championship – Krakow 2017 and participated in PGL Major Krakow 2017, where placed 15-16th, also they managed to place first at China Top 2017 – Kunshan and China Top 2017 – Shenzhen.

Currently Gambit Esports are participating in the ongoing StarSeries Season 5. They lost both their first series against AVANGAR and Virtus.pro, and are scheduled to play against Renegades.
