Royal Never Gives Up Enters Dota 2 Scene
A major Chinese esports organization Royal Never Give Up (RNG), mainly known for their League of Legends team, has entered the Dota 2 scene with a roster that mixes some prominent players from China and Malaysia.
The roster includes three Chinese players, all will play on core positions: Du "Monet" Peng (carry, ex-LGD.Forever Young), Gao "Setsu" Zhenxiong (middle lane, ex-CDEC Gaming, Sun "Srf" Runfa (offlane, ex-Invictus Gaming). Both support players are from Malaysia: Tue "ah fu" Soon Chuan (ex-LGD.Forever Young) and Adam "343" Shah (ex-compLexity Gaming).
The team already managed to make it through the first Chinese open qualifier for Kuala Lumpur Major. In the grand finals they defeated Team EVER with the 2-1 score.
RNG has one of the strongest League of Legends teams in the world. The team won LPL Spring Split in both 2016 and 2018, as well as emerged victorious at 2018 Mid-Season Invitational.
